To test this hypothesis, NOD/SCID/IL2rγnull (NSG) mice were injected subcutaneously (s.c.)with NCI-H929 myeloma cells and then received an adoptive intravenous (i.v.)transfer of tumor-associated antigen T cell receptor (TCR)-redirected human CD8+ T cells, highly expressing SLAMF7, 7 days later. This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and plasma cell myeloma.
