Consistent with the results of the above experiments, the relative expression level of osteogenic genes [alkaline phosphatase (ALP), bone morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP2), and osteopontin (OPN)] (Fig. 3e) and osteogenic proteins [type I collagen (COL1), BMP2, and osteocalcin (OCN)] (Fig. 3c, d) also confirmed that BMSCs treated with EMF showed more significant osteogenic differentiation under OM. This evidence concerns the gene SPP1 and ocular melanoma.
