MAPKAPK5 and neoplasm: Next, transwell migration and invasion assays were carried out to explore the effect of MAPKAPK5-AS1 on cells mobility, and the results showed that MAPKAPK5-AS1 knockdown in HCCLM3 and MHCC97-H remarkably curbed the migration and invasion of tumor cells (p < 0.05, Fig. 3a), whereas the mobility of Hep3B and Huh-7 cells was notably enhanced by overexpressing MAPKAPK5-AS1 (p < 0.05, Fig. 3b).
