Subsequently, RNA in subcutaneous tumors was extracted to detect the expression of MAPKAPK5-AS1 by RT-qPCR assay, and the results showed that the level of MAPKAPK5-AS1 in tumor tissues arising from the MAPKAPK5-AS1 knockdown group was significantly lower than that in the control group (p < 0.05, Additional File 5: Fig. S3A), and the level of MAPKAPK5-AS1 in tumor tissues arising from MAPKAPK5-AS1 overexpression group was significantly higher than that in the control group (p < 0.05, Additional File 5: Fig. S3B). The gene discussed is MAPKAPK5; the disease is neoplasm.
