TNNI3 and chronic kidney disease: In this retrospective study involving 3295 patients, 23.1% of whom were CKD [15 ≤ eGFR < 60 mL min−1 (1.73 m2)−1] excluding patients of end-stage kidney disease, constructed the diagnostic performance of an hs-cTnI assay taken at presentation in patients presenting with acute chest pain.
