Indeed, stably transfecting the cells with a vector encoding for CIITA led to an even higher expression level of HLA-DR compared with IFNɣ treatment, in each of the three investigated GBM cell line subclones, named HROG02-CIITA, HROG17-CIITA, and RA-CIITA (Fig. 1B).
