With respect to coagulation disorders, our data showed no significant difference between patients with severe disease and those with moderate disease in the levels of coagulation biomarkers, ie, prothrombin time (Fig. 3A), fibrinogen degradation products (Fig 3B), D-dimer (Fig. 3C), fibrinogen (Fig. 3D), and platelet count (Fig. 3E). This evidence concerns the gene F2 and blood coagulation disease.
