In summary, we disclosed in this study that one new lncRNA SChLAP1, which was highly expressed in prostate cancer tissues and cell lines, promoted the proliferation, migration, and tumorigenicity of prostate cancer cells by interacting with EZH2 to enhance H3K27me3 and suppress miR-340-5p/miR-143-3p/miR-145-5p expression. This evidence concerns the gene EZH2 and prostate carcinoma.
