Yet, a significant improvement (score decrease) from baseline to the end-of-study visit was observed in the C1-INH(SC) 60 IU/kg treatment group (mean change − 0.95, 95% CI − 1.57, − 0.34]), while a non-significant decrease in mean depression score was noted in the C1-INH(SC) 40 IU/kg group from baseline to end of study (mean change, − 0.67; 95% CI − 1.57, 0.24) (Fig. 2).
