NFKB1 and nervous system disorder: Therefore, the use of molecules to inhibit the components of NF-κB signaling pathway is also considered as an option for the treatment of nervous system diseases, such as multiple sclerosis (Leibowitz et al. 2016), Parkinson’s disease (Wang et al. 2020), Alzheimer’s disease (Jones et al. 2017) and spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (King et al. 2013) (Fig. 5).
