Because our analysis involved ACE2, CXCL10 and their coexpressed genes with regards to both healthy and lung cancer individuals, a clear comparison of the cohorts can help identify specific causes of COVID-19’s clinical outcomes in lung cancer patients in regards to ACE2 and CXCL10 and can help in the proper management of COVID-19 in this cohort.
