Studies now believe that PVT1 can stimulate the angiogenesis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) by sponging miRNA to promote the VEGF-type transduction pathway, thereby promoting lung cancer progression, and PVT1 can also promote the growth and metastasis of NSCLC through the Wnt/β-catenin axis (Mao et al., 2019; Qi and Li, 2020). This evidence concerns the gene VEGFA and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
