As demonstrated in our previous studies (6, 21), adoptive transfer of Treg-of-B (P) cells could inhibit allergic asthmatic symptoms, including decreased amounts of OVA-specific IgE and IgG1, elevated OVA-specific IgG2a, reduced airway hyperresponsiveness, and infiltrated eosinophil in BALF, lower amounts of eotaxin in BALF and inflammation score in lung tissue (Figures 4B–E). This evidence concerns the gene CCL11 and airway hyperresponsiveness.
