CD8A and neoplasm: MEK1/2 inhibitor plus agonistic anti-CD40 dual therapy increased the ratio of intratumoral CD8 T cells to Tregs and increased the frequency of inflammatory anti-tumor macrophages at the loss of immunosuppressive TAMs, whereas agonistic anti-CD40 alone increased CD8 T cell frequency and production of TNFα and IFNγ while also improving DC activation and antigen presentation (146).
