CD19 and lymphoid neoplasm: Indeed, a recently published seminal NK cell study for CD19-positive lymphoid tumors by Liu and colleagues used a single dose of partly matched (mostly 4/6 with regard to A, B and DRβ1) allogeneic NK cells that had been transduced with a retroviral vector encoding three different transgenes: a CD19 CAR, soluble IL-15 and the iCASP9 suicide gene (19).
