Having demonstrated that STX564 potently and specifically inhibited Ca2+ entry via SOCE channels in human Jurkat T-lymphoma cells, in primary rat MBP-specific effector T cells (TMBP cells), in primary human CD4+ T cells, as well as in nonsmall cell lung cancer H1299 cells, we then tested the effect of this compound and also of 2ME2 on signaling events downstream of Ca2+ entry in TMBP cells. This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and lung cancer.
