RASSF2 and cancer: Except for that RAP1A and RASSF2 had negative S, all the other 24 defined TS genes had positive S-scores, demonstrating that in no smoking cohort GSE4041928, TS genes had much larger positive network effects on gene expression than negative ones, or, down-expressed genes due to down-expression of these TS genes were many more than up-expressed genes resulted from their down-expression in cancers.
