Furthermore, induction of apoptotic cell death by cisplatin-DB co-treatment was reversed by overexpressing PD-L1 (P < 0.05, Fig. 6e), and the inhibiting effects of DB stimulation on cell proliferation (P < 0.05, Fig. 6f, g) and viability (P < 0.05, Fig. 6h, i) in cisplatin-treated CR-GC cells were also restored by upregulating PD-L1.
