MIR155HG and glioblastoma: MIR155HG/miR-129-5p/C1S was identified as a potential regulatory axis from the ceRNA network for the following reasons: the results of qRT-PCR analysis indicated that MIR155HG (Fig. 8a) and C1S (Fig. 8b) were significantly upregulated in GBM (n = 37), whereas miR-129-5p (Fig. 8c) was significantly downregulated compared to in normal brain tissues.
