Mumm et al. used three experimental cancer models to investigate the role of IL-10 in cancer: A 7,12-dimethylbenzanthracene-induced mouse skin cancer model, a breast cancer model with FVBMMTV−rtHer2 transgenic mice, and xenograft models with CT-26 mouse colon carcinoma cells, 4T1 mouse breast cancer cells, and CM3 human leukemia cells. Here, IL10 is linked to breast carcinoma.
