AKT1 and cancer: From both types of treatment (CM of BM-MSCs and WJ-MSCs), we found almost the same significantly upregulated KEGG pathways such as ECM-receptor interaction, the AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications, focal adhesion, protein digestion and absorption, the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)-Akt signaling pathway, and proteoglycans in cancers, while ribosome biogenesis in eukaryotes, systemic lupus erythematosus, asthma, and antigen processing and presentation were significantly downregulated or inhibited (Figures S4 and S5)
