From both types of treatment (CM of BM-MSCs and WJ-MSCs), we found almost the same significantly upregulated KEGG pathways such as ECM-receptor interaction, the AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications, focal adhesion, protein digestion and absorption, the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)-Akt signaling pathway, and proteoglycans in cancers, while ribosome biogenesis in eukaryotes, systemic lupus erythematosus, asthma, and antigen processing and presentation were significantly downregulated or inhibited (Figures S4 and S5). The gene discussed is RENBP; the disease is asthma.
