Although five TNF inhibitors (etanercept, infliximab, adalimumab, certolizumab, and golimumab) and one IL-6 inhibitor (tocilizumab) are available for the routine clinical treatment of RA [33, 34], more than a third of RA patients do not respond to this treatment [35, 36].
