INS and cancer: Upregulated DEGs between the FC and FR groups were mainly involved in protein digestion and absorption, bile secretion, steroid biosynthesis, carbohydrate digestion and absorption, thyroid hormone synthesis, ABC transporters and insulin secretion (at least two DEGs, P <  0.05, File S8), while downregulated DEGs were mainly enriched in protein digestion and absorption, MicroRNAs in cancer, cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction, inositol phosphate metabolism and NF-kappa B signaling pathway (at least two DEGs, P <  0.05, File S8).
