CATSPER2 and male infertility: In our analysis, 17 filtered variants were found in the following 12 out of the 65 genes analyzed (18%): DNAH11, DNAH10, DNAH5, DNAI1, CCDC40, CFTR, GALNTL5, AMELY, KLK4, KLK14, CATSPER2, and ADCY10. Some reports have described the involvement of the mutations of these genes in the pathogenesis of male infertility.
