The KEGG pathway enrichment analysis indicated that these genes participate in pathways in cancer, hepatitis B, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, kaposi sarcoma-associated herpesvirus infection, EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance, chronic myeloid leukemia, pancreatic cancer, JAK-STAT signaling pathway, and many more (Figure 8). The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is familial pancreatic carcinoma.
