MET and cancer: The compounds 6d, 6e and 6f bearing methyl, tertiary butyl and dichloro-phenyl moieties on the triazole ring, respectively, in comparison with other synthesized compounds, showed higher c-Met inhibitory potentials, anticancer effects against lung adenocarcinoma and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) cells in monolayer and three-dimensional models, inhibited c-Met phosphorylation and also induced apoptosis in cancer cells.
