The plasma uromodulin concentration in the ADTKD-UMOD group (7.05 ± 13.08 ng/ml) was statistically significant (p = 0.017) lower than the ADTKD-others (70.3 ± 68.6 ng/ml). This evidence concerns the gene UMOD and autosomal dominant medullary cystic kidney disease with or without hyperuricemia.
