As shown in Figure 1, in the presence of TI-treated and untreated HD/ASCs and AS/ASCs there was significant up-regulation of the expression levels of mRNAs encoding GATA3, RORc, and FoxP3 transcription factors in co-cultured, purified CD4+ T lymphocytes activated via CD3/CD28 pathway.
