We performed histochemistry analysis using the Peanut agglutinin (PNA) lectin that preferentially binds to the galactosyl (β-1,3) N-acetylgalactosamine structure, the TF antigen [32], to evaluate if the detection of this biomarker could be a tool in the identification of MSI-high CRC. This evidence concerns the gene TF and colorectal carcinoma.
