All data together indicated that the downregulation of c-Myc, HK2, PKM2, LDHA, PHGDH, PSAT1, cyclin D1, and CDK6 in lung cancer cells was related to the ubiquitin-protein degradation pathway, which was the result that the USP28 was inhibited by SGH. This evidence concerns the gene CDK6 and lung carcinoma.
