DNA point mutations in FGFR3, the RAS genes, and PIK3CA are primarily linked to non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer, whereas TP53 mutations are mainly detected in muscle-invasive bladder cancer, and mutations in the TERT promoter region are found across all bladder cancer grades and stages [19,21]. This evidence concerns the gene FGFR3 and urinary bladder carcinoma.
