To investigate the effect of ZEB2 suppression on the induction of apoptosis in glioma cells, a group of U87 and U373 cells were not transfected and considered as a control group, and cells that were transfected with 60 pmol concentration of ZEB2-siRNA and for 48 h were incubated were considered as a transfected group. This evidence concerns the gene ZEB2 and central nervous system cancer.
