We also found that 72 h of stimulation with CM from the three PCa cell lines resulted in pNK enhanced ability to produce pro-inflammatory and pro-angiogenic factors, such as Angiogenin, Angiopoietin-1, CXCL8 (**p ≤ 0.01) and CXCL12 (*p ≤ 0.05, **p ≤ 0.01), and decreased ability to produce IFNγ, TNFα and Granzyme-B (*p ≤ 0.05, **p ≤ 0.01, ***p ≤ 0.001), as detected by flow cytometry (Figures 6C, D). This evidence concerns the gene TNF and posterior cortical atrophy.
