We observed that PCa pTA-NKs have reduced expression of the NKG2D activation marker (*p ≤ 0.05), together with increased levels of the exhaustion markers PD-1 (****p ≤ 0.0001) and TIM-3 (**p ≤ 0.01), as compared to those from HC (Figures 2A–C). This evidence concerns the gene KLRK1 and posterior cortical atrophy.
