Levels of IgM against anti-THRB328−345 HNE were 1.33- (p = 0.0008) and 1.52-fold (p < 0.0001) greater in RA patients than in OA patients and HCs, respectively (Fig. 3p, left panel), and AUC values were 0.78 (with 76.7% sensitivity and 71.7% specificity) and 0.56 (with 65.7% sensitivity and 46.7% specificity) for detecting RA and OA (Table 2).
