Previous studies have shown that the expression of NR3C2 can be downregulated by miR-135b-5p [11], miR-766 [12], miR-454 [14], and miR-1204 [15] in pancreatic cancer, liver cancer, oral squamous cell carcinoma, and glioblastoma, respectively, thereby promoting the malignant phenotype of tumor cells in above cancers.
