We used our previously developed low-molecular-weight PSMA-targeted photosensitizer (YC-9) and a PDT pretreatment plan to enhance the vascular permeability of PSMA(+) tumors, with low tumor vascular permeability (~50 mm3), for the increased delivery of our previously developed PSMA-targeted MNPs [50 mg/kg (30 mg of Fe/kg)].
