Like their G1 and G2 counterparts, pancreatic G3 NET carry DAXX and ATRX mutations (around 40%) with rare alterations of RB1 and TP53. Conversely, NEC frequently present Rb pathway dysregulation (36–86%), and/or mutations in TP53 (62–95%) [12,13,14,15,16]. The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is neuroendocrine carcinoma.
