Table S1 shows the information of patients participated in this study. There seems to be a correlation of CAF type with tumor stage. The tumor stage of the CAF-D group patients so far might be low. Unfortunately, the number of CAF-D samples is not enough to discuss this point, which is why retrospective study is needed. Interestingly, increased expression of COL6A6 and COL26A1 in HNSCC tissues is significantly associated with patients’ survival. The gene discussed is COL26A1; the disease is head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
