Other discordant mutations were found in genes involved in the immune response, such as CD83 and B2M or epigenetic regulators such as HIST1H1E. Interestingly, in two patients, discordant mutations were also seen in CARD11 and CD79B, which are genes involved in NF-kB and B-cell receptor signaling and are known to influence the response to ibrutinib in DLBCL [24,25]. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
