In the study, peak urinary titin N-terminal fragment levels during the seven days of admission were correlated with modified Rankin scale score (r = 0.55, p < 0.01), National Institute of Health stroke scale score (r = 0.72, p < 0.01), and Barthel index (r = −0.59, p < 0.01) at the time of hospital discharge. Here, TTN is linked to stroke disorder.
