VWA1 and Motor axonal neuropathy: Consistent with this, immunostaining musclebiopsies of VWA1 patients for collagen VI appeared normal in our study.Overall, the clinical and functional evidence from this study has shown that WARP deficiencyin humans is likely to result in a non-length dependent motor axonal neuropathy.Characterization of further cases with WARP deficiency will improve our understanding of thephenotype range associated with this condition.
