Compared to rhabdomyosarcoma-bearing wild-type mice, the fecal microbiota community from rhabdomyosarcoma-bearing APN knockout mice showed a dramatic decrease in the relative abundance of S24-7 (p < .05), Lachnospiraceae (p < .05), and Bacteroidaceae (p < .05) and a significant increase in the relative abundance of Prevotellaceae (p < .05), Helicobacteraceae (p < .001), Paraprevotellaceae (p < .05), and Mycoplasmataceae (p < .05) (Figure 3(b)).
