We found that the low expression of CLEC3B in tumor tissues was correlated with poor prognosis, for example, poor first progression survival, overall survival, and post-progression survival in lung cancer; poor post-progression survival and overall survival in ovarian cancer; poor post-progression survival in gastric cancer; and poor relapse-free survival in breast cancer (Supplementary Figure 1). This evidence concerns the gene CLEC3B and breast cancer.
