Due to these controversial results, the endpoints of this randomized clinical trial were defining left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), intraventricular septum (IVS), posterior LV wall thickness, and end systolic and end diastolic diameters (ESD and EDD) as well as pulmonary arterial pressure (PAP) after three months of GH administration in Iranian males suffering from CHF due to myocardial infarction (MI) in left anterior descending (LAD) coronary artery. This evidence concerns the gene GH1 and myocardial infarction.
