In conclusion, this study demonstrated that overexpression of HAND2-AS1 in exosomes derived from MSCs suppressed the proliferation, invasion, migration, and inflammation and induced apoptosis in RA-FLSs through the inactivation of NF-κB pathway via miR-143-3p/TNFAIP3 axis. This evidence concerns the gene HAND2 and rheumatoid arthritis.
