Moreover, when the level of HAND2-AS1 was elevated in RA-FLSs through the co-culture with hMSC-HAND2-AS1-Exos, we found miR-143-3p expression was inhibited and HAND2-AS1 expression was increased; importantly, hMSC-derived exosomal HAND2-AS1 also suppressed tumor-like biologic behaviors of RA-FLSs via NF-κB pathway.
