STAT3 and osteosarcoma: Furthermore, the number and volume of metastatic osteosarcoma lesions in nude mice injected with NEAT1 KD cells were significantly lower than in mice injected with control shRNA-transfected cells, suggesting that NEAT1 sponged miR-483 and then upregulated STAT3 expression to promote the proliferation, migration and invasion of osteosarcoma cells.
