Here, we identified two novel mechanisms, the circ‐UBAP2/miR‐1205/GPRC5A and circ‐UBAP2/miR‐382/GPRC5A axes, in the development of glioma, highlighting circ‐UBAP2 inhibitor as a potential therapeutic strategy for glioma. This evidence concerns the gene UBAP2 and central nervous system cancer.
