SGK1 is often upregulated in both acute and chronic myelogenous leukemia, such as in myeloma (39), B-cell lymphoma (27, 28), and Hodgkin lymphoma (38), and has been demonstrated to be significantly correlated with enhancer-associated rearrangements and highly recurrent mutations of the SGK1 gene (27, 28, 38). This evidence concerns the gene SGK1 and Hodgkins lymphoma.
