We found that up-regulation of KIF3B activates the Wnt signaling via increasing the expression of Dvl2, p-GSK-3βser9, total and nucleus β-catenin, then up-regulation of Wnt signaling target genes such as CyclinD1, C-myc and MMP-7, which are highly expressed in breast cancer (51–54). Here, MMP7 is linked to breast cancer.
