Here, we analyzed properdin expression and its correlation with prognosis using databases (Oncomine, UALCAN and PROGgeneV2) in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), cervical squamous cell carcinoma (CESC), and pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), and interrogated if properdin could be an independent marker for diagnosis and a surrogate marker of severity and overall survival. The gene discussed is CFP; the disease is cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
