In a univariate analysis of baseline biomarkers, patients who achieved hematologic remission with blinatumomab or chemotherapy compared with those who did not, had lower baseline bone marrow disease burden and a higher percentages of total T cells, T helper and T suppressor cells, characterized by CD45+ CD3+ T cells, CD45+ CD3+ CD4+ T cells, and CD45+ CD3+ CD8+ T cells, respectively (Fig. 3).
